Event Preparation

  • A nonrefundable deposit will reserve your date (based on estimate attendance)
  • Menu selection should be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • In order to serve you better a final count of quest and a firm serving time must be established seven days before the event.
  • Your occasion must be paid in full two days prior to the event date.
  • Left over food if any will be provided to you with prior arrangement.
  • Containers may be purchased for a minimal charge unless you provide by yourself.
  • Dessert plates, forks and napkins provided at 20¢ per person.
  • 1/3 deposit required at time of order.
